Advertising the Property
Lodging Property Brokers does not recommend advertising the Business Name and location of the Owners property in printed or web site advertisements. This marketing recommendation is based on our years of experience of Owners concerns on disruption of business, employee issues, and unannounced potential Buyer visits to the property. When the Owners Business name and location is used in advertisements it contradicts the confidentiality and prequalification service we provide. Owners should expect potential Buyers are qualified and will hold their proprietary information confidential for the sole purpose of buying their property. Owners do have the option to disregard this recommendation and have their name and web site displayed in printed and web site advertisments if they desire.
